1. General Terms
1.1 WildLens provides photography services, digital content, and physical products.
1.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.
2.3 Custom projects may require additional fees, which will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
3.2 Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3.3 In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All photos taken by WildLens remain the property of WildLens unless explicitly transferred in writing.
4.2 Clients receive a license to use their photos for personal or agreed-upon purposes.
4.3 Photos may not be edited, altered, or sold without prior written consent.
5. Delivery of Products
5.1 Digital images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically 2-3 weeks after the session.
5.2 Physical products such as prints or photo books will be shipped within the time specified during ordering.
5.3 WildLens is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Liability
6.1 WildLens is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during photoshoots.
6.2 In the unlikely event that photos are lost, damaged, or unavailable due to technical issues, our liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling the shoot.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 WildLens will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Disputes
8.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
